While you may not have heard her name before, Samantha Citro is a multitalented role model all women can learn from. She’s had a very diverse career, working in everything from a startup to a prestigious financial institution to her current job as VP at Immunocologie Skincare. She is also a contributing author here at LABG!
Citro has said that some of her most formative professional years were when she worked in a managerial role at Bridgewater, a distinguished investment management firm. It was a random Linkedin message that led her to this job and convinced her to join the brave women in finance. Although gender diversity in the financial industry has improved over years, it is still largely a male-dominated field.
